As you know, the wedding season in Vermont is a relatively short, compact one compared to other places in the country, just like our summers. Consequently, your intrepid Vermont wedding photographer finds themselves with a vast array of wedding-less months every year. This year I decided to dedicate the offseason to creative portraiture. I wanted to simulataneously refine my lighting and posing skills, while using photography as a form of expression. I wanted to expand my creative toolkit when it comes to wedding portraiture, and keep my shooting skills sharp. I’m excited for wedding season, but I had so much fun in the studio this winter, I plan on spending a lot more time there in the future. Keep an eye out for announcements about my growing portrait business, and definitely get in touch if you’d like to work with me!
